From making a telephone enquiry to the installation of the stone booth everything was dealt with professionally. The whole process was so straight forward.
We decided to go for this particular booth as it did not require a water system to suppress the dust whilst shaping stone. Though a water system was a smaller cost initially , it is the mess of dealing with the stone slurry and disposal of it. The dust extraction is very efficient and is easy to maintain.

The team at AES answered all our questions about the unit and sent us a quotation, once ordered we were kept informed of delivery date and installation date. Delivery of the unit arrived and was well packed. Installation was arranged and a team arrived on said date and installation was very straight forward. The engineers showed us how to operate the unit which is really straight forward. When shaping stone we were impressed how well the dust is sucked away. We also purchased the recommended vacuum to clean out the dust collecting drawers which has worked well and helped with our maintenance.
