Third Novus Air Tower Installed at Offshore Services Provider

We are pleased to announce the installation of a third Novus Air Tower at one of our customers in the North East of Scotland. The company provides engineering services for the offshore and renewable energy sectors and carries out large amounts of heavy duty MIG welding within its fabrication shop. The Novus Air Towers were installed to filter the air within the fabrication shed and remove harmful particles of weld fume from the air that could not be extracted using traditional methods.

The company’s health and safety manager stated “we are delighted with the Novus Air Towers. Within hours of use, the air was visibly clearer and the dust trays in the units were already showing a thick layer of dust which would otherwise have been breathed in by our staff. We can also now work with the shed door closed which will reduce our ongoing energy costs.
