AES offer a unique solution within the UK with our exclusive filtered booth which has been specifically designed for the extraction of stone dust for both industrial and educational workshops.
The AES Stone Dust Cutting and Grinding Booth is ideal for the effective extraction of harmful silica dusts created when shaping and cutting stone within industry and education. This partial enclosure helps contain the process and produces powerful suction to draw the harmful contaminants away from the user.
Available in a range of sizes to fit your workshop, and with multiple options. Many special features are provided as standard such as pneumatic reverse jet pulse filter cleaning with compressed air, and LED lighting within the booth.

A complete solution
The AES Stone Dust Grinding & Cutting Booth allows the user to cut and shape stone when using 9” and 4” flush cut grinders without compromising the finish of the work piece or the extraction performance.
The booth offers a large working area from 2 meters up to a length of your choosing, we can accommodate for any amount of operators or size of work piece. The working area is illuminated by a convenient roof mounted strip light so that the operator has a clear view at all times.
Pneumatic filter panels open automatically upon starting the booth, and airflow passes through the HEPA filters, capturing the dust, allowing the exhaust air to recirculate into the workplace.
Upon powering down the system, the pneumatic filter panels will close and the filters are cleaned by compressed air – this removes excess dust from the filter surface. This dust is collected within low level drawers. These drawers can easily be emptied by the user. This pneumatic cleaning system can be controlled using the digital control panel situated on the side of the booth.
The sound level of the booth is kept low at around 73dB(A) by the silenced ducting discharge located at the rear of the booth. The entire unit is fully constructed from galvanized steel, available in painted or powder coated finishes on request, we can match the colour of the booth to any business, all we need is your chosen RAL colour.
